The Platform allows Users to explore financial products offered by KreditRoute’s partner institutions, such as loans and digital lending services.

KreditRoute functions as a digital marketplace connecting Users with regulated financial partners (banks, NBFCs, or other RBI-approved entities).

• The Company does not directly provide loans or financial services.

• Approval, rejection, or other outcomes of any financial product are determined solely by the financial partner and the User.

• KreditRoute is not responsible for any decision or result related to loan applications.

3. Services Offered

Through the Platform, We provide:

• Connections between Users and Lending Partners for loans and digital lending products.

• Assistance with KYC and required documentation for Lending Partners.

• Support for credit-related checks or services via authorised partners.

• Information, tools, and offers regarding financial products.

• Additional services or features added periodically on the Platform.

4. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.

• Users must be Indian residents capable of entering into a valid contract under Indian law.

• By registering, Users confirm their eligibility. KreditRoute may restrict or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met or Terms are violated.

5. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Platform, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• KreditRoute may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continuing to use the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. User Accounts

• Certain Platform features may require creating an account and providing accurate information.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

• Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

• Any loan agreement responsibilities lie solely between the User and the Lending Partner.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify NexSync Technologies Private Limited, KreditRoute, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:

• Use of the Platform, or

• Breach of these Terms.

13. Third-Party Content

• The Platform may contain third-party advertisements, links, or offers.

• KreditRoute does not guarantee the accuracy or endorse such content.

• Engagement with third-party services is at the User’s own risk.

14. Acknowledgements

• KreditRoute acts only as a marketplace for financial products.

• Approval, success, or quality of any loan or service is determined solely by the Lending Partner.

• Any disputes related to financial products must be addressed directly with the respective partner.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, India.
