It explains how NexSync Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand name KreditRoute and its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns (“KreditRoute”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”), collect, use, store, share, and protect information that You (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) provide while accessing or using our website www.kreditroute.com and the KreditRoute mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using our services, You agree to the terms of this Policy. If You do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform. This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies only to information collected through the Platform, not to third-party websites, apps, or stores linked via the Platform. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of such third parties before sharing any personal information.

1. Scope of Services

KreditRoute acts as a digital facilitator and marketplace connecting Users with regulated financial institutions such as banks and NBFCs (“Lending Partners”) providing loans and digital lending products.

We do not:

• Fetch your credit report or credit score from any bureau.

• Send unsolicited messages or SMS regarding credit services.

We may collect Aadhaar, PAN, and other financial information only when required for processing your loan application with Lending Partners in accordance with applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

With your consent, we may collect the following for loan facilitation purposes:

• Government IDs: Aadhaar, PAN.

• Financial details: Bank account info, salary slips, income statements.

• Employment and income details.

• Any additional information requested by Lending Partners for credit processing.

We do not access contacts, call logs, photos, biometric data, or other mobile resources.

For ancillary services (e.g., loan repayment verification) outsourced by Lending Partners, we may process limited data related to such transactions.

3. Use & Sharing of Information

We use your information strictly for:

• Processing and submitting loan applications to Lending Partners.

• Completing KYC formalities.

• Providing customer support.

• Sharing offers, products, or campaigns only with your prior consent.

We may share your data with:

• Lending Partners (for loan processing and services).

• Third-party service providers for KYC, documentation, support, or marketing (bound by confidentiality).

• Regulators or authorities as required by law.

4. Marketing & Communication

By using the Platform, you agree that KreditRoute, Lending Partners, or authorized third parties may contact you via:

• Phone calls

• SMS

• WhatsApp messages

• Email

• Other lawful communication methods

This may include:

• Product or service updates

• Promotional campaigns and offers

• Customer support and follow-ups

You may opt out of such communications anytime, as described in Section 5.

5. Your Rights

As a User, you have the right to:

• Deny or limit sharing of certain information.

• Withdraw consent or request deletion of personal data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal or loan-related requirements.

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.

Note: Withdrawing consent or withholding required data may impact our ability to provide services or limit access to financial products.

6. Data Security & Storage

• Your data is securely stored on servers located in India (Microsoft Azure).

• Industry-standard safeguards are used, including firewalls, SSL encryption, and restricted access controls.

• We comply with IS/ISO/IEC 27001 standards for information security.

While we employ reasonable safeguards, no data transmission over the Internet is completely risk-free. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

• Provide services through the Platform.

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Support Lending Partners for ongoing loan obligations (e.g., until full repayment).

Upon request, we will delete your information, except where retention is legally required or instructed by Lending Partners.

8. Confidentiality & Third Parties

Third-party service providers engaged by KreditRoute are bound by confidentiality agreements and may use your data only for authorized purposes.

KreditRoute is not responsible for actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.

In case of mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring, your data may be transferred to another entity, provided they adhere to this Policy.

10. Other Provisions

10.1 Phishing & Fraudulent Communication

KreditRoute will never ask for login credentials, passwords, OTPs, or payment details via email, SMS, or phone.

If you encounter suspicious messages:

1. Do not respond or click links.

2. Report immediately at info@kreditroute.com.

3. Inform your bank if you shared any sensitive information.

KreditRoute is not responsible for losses from fraudulent communication not originating from authorized channels.

10.2 Severability

If any part of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

10.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts as specified in our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing limits our right to seek interim relief or legal remedies to protect our rights, information, or business interests.
